Prototype Machinist, Lathe
Full-time prototype machinist w/ emphasis on CNC multi-axis Lathe skills using MasterCam & G code. Twin turret, twin spindle preferred. Challenging position requiring a skilled craftsman w/ superior programming skill. Must have MasterCam Ver. X or higher, CNC lathe experience, ability to program parts at a rapid pace, set up tooling, fixtures, offsets, etc. Exposure to /experience with vertical milling a plus. Applicant will be required to demonstrate ability to program and cut parts on site. Inspector
Full-time position. Qualified candidates must have 3-5 yrs of relevant inspection experience of tight tolerance, high quality components, a proficient understanding of GD&T, prior experience with a manual CMM & Optical Comparitor as well as proper care and calibration of basic inspection tools. Candidate must be proactive, able work unattended, provide inspection times to the Estimating department after review of part drawings and meet scheduled deadlines. Ability to properly document inspections for military and government jobs is essential. We are looking for a new hire who thrives in a challenging, demanding environment. Prototype Machinist, Mill
Highly skilled prototype machinist with excellent CNC mill skills and programming ability. This individual must be proficient with MasterCam ver. X or higher, be able to program, set-up, fixture, and run parts on a prototype basis. We operate at a fast pace and need an individual who can work in this environment while making few if any mistakes. We are an ISO certified shop so documentation and traceability is extremely important. This position initially starts as a vertical mill programmer/operator but for the right individual can grow into training for 5-axis milling and/or 8-axis lathe work. We promote from within and believe in training highly motivated intelligent personnel. Applicant will be required to demonstrate ability to program and cut parts on site. Production Manager
Summary: Responsible for the management of the Production floor and all departments therein including but not limited to scheduling, inspection and shipping.

Minimum Qualifications: Ten years minimum experience in machining & manufacturing industry, ability to read technical prints, must possess understanding  and familiarity with CNC \machining equipment & fixturing. Must have knowledge of GD&T. Experience & familiarity of all manufacturing processes. Minimum 5 years in leadership position.
