Sangat Precision to Offer Precision CNC Machining Services to the Photonics Industry

Sangat Precision Machining & Grinding is pleased to announce the company will begin offering precision CNC machining services to the Photonics industry beginning in January, 2010. Sangat Precision will be offering precision CNC machining services including 5-axis machining to produce high-precision, high-quality optical components and positioners for use in OEM applications, as well as for small-quantity custom orders and prototype development.

Sangat Precision Machining & Grinding is pleased to announce the company will have a presence at the 2010 SPIE Defense Security & Sensing (D, S & S) show to be held April 5-9, 2010 in Orlando, Florida. D, S & S is the largest unclassified international symposium relating to sensors, sensing systems, and platforms. Sangat Precision plans to leverage the company’s presence at the show to drive sales for the manufacture of optical mounts and positioners for companies in the photonics industry.

ISO 9001 certification creates an operational framework involving standardized systems and procedures – essentially creating a systemic approach to producing a given product or service in order to ensure that product or service meets customer requirements and expectations. For customers, the certification ensures that production of the product or service meets pre-determined requirements and that the production processes follows a globally accepted and defined process known to yield the desired end result. In addition, this also means that the applicable goods and/or services are competitive in global markets.

Lou comes to Sangat Precision with over 20 years experience in sales and operations, primarily in the photonics industry. Lou has also worked in law enforcement and is an expert marksman. Lou’s experience in the photonics industry and his experience in working with firearms will add significantly to the company’s ability to serve its customers at the highest level possible.
