Streamlined Processes Provide Quick Turn-around for the Manufacture of Custom Precision Parts

The years we spent working on both sides of the custom fabrication process taught us ways to streamline and optimize the ordering and fulfillments of orders for custom manufactured prototypes or production parts.

Quoting
Sangat begins by carefully examining drawings and/or models to determine special requirements or fixturing.  We then check on material availability and delivery times.  Once these checks are completed we attempt to streamline the process using our expertise in component design and machine programming to maximize tool use and eliminate unnecessary steps, thereby saving the client time and money. By the time our client receives our quote Sangat has made every effort to identify and negate any pitfalls and bottlenecks.

Machining
Once we receive client approval and begin work we create any necessary fixtures based on the part’s design requirements and tolerances.  Our staff has considerable experience working with exotic materials and high tolerances and will minimize stress and distortion as dictated by the requirements of the parts themselves. 

Finishing - Deburring, Stress Relieving, Platings & Coatings
We have a unique combination of hand and machine finishing techniques that help with deburring and stress relief.  In addition, we have contract relationships with the region’s premiere plating and coating specialists.

Metrology – Inspection & Quality Assurance
When the manufacturing process is complete we have the ability to check finish dimensions, hardness, and surface finish to high degrees of precision.  This ensures that the parts produced meet the specifications provided.

Sangat offers prompt delivery to local clients and have the capability for next day shipping from our facility.
